No one ever shows how to do this in the sites that I have seen and its a crucial component of the build. The attatchment points for this balloon are the tie off points for the centring cords from the vent, and the anchor points for the vent line.

The attchment points for the parachute centering lines in this balloon are situated 1.6m down from the lip of the vent. I am using piece of load tape folded to form a loop with a long arm to provide support when sewn to the envelope. Simple and effective but not the prettiest option. They are sewn onto the vertical load tapes, which should help to provide plenty of traction when the vent is pulled in to its maximum, especially on landing or deflation. Some manufacturers use different methods, pop your head into a production balloon and have a look sometime to get other ideas.
